DISTILLATE OF GRAPE
GAGLIOPPO OF CIRO'



This ancient species of vine is for the firs time used distilling all grape's juice fermented together with the skin. In the past times distillates were produced in Cirò in a distillery of some members of the actual firm Caparra & Siciliani.
Nowadays we use an external structure that has a great experience in the batch distillation, that preserves and exalts the typical bouquet and aromas of the vine.
In fact we have obtained a distillate of 42% of alcohol that is harmony, the delicacy and thefragrance it can express.
