COLOUR: Rosé.
BOUQUET: Delicate and vinous.
TASTE: Warm and harmonious, on the palate it is smooth and very agreeable.

During the wine-making the pulp and the skin of the grapes are in contact with the must the time occurring so that they may give part of the colour.
The refinement is made into tanks of steel.
It goes well with hors d'oeuvre, soups and light dishes.
Serve at cooler temperature but not lower than 18° C.
