BOUQUET: Delicate and intensely vinous.
TASTE: It becomes warm and velvety with maturing.

In the traditional way wine-made and refined into oak casks, it is subjected to maturing for more than two years.
It goes well with games, roast and braised meats.
The wine has to bring in the room, where it will be served, some days before and the bottles have to be uncorked some hours before the wine-shop.
