Wine-made in the traitional way and refined into tank of steel and oak casks. It drinks best with gravy, roast and well-matured cheese. It has to be served at room temperature.

"Solagi" is located in the territory of Ciro' Marina, where an ancient tower stands. This small fortress, built during the swabian-angioin period, had a sighting function and was used to warn the local imhabitants of an imminent danger in order to let them take shelter.
